Greetings! I am a Licensed Psychotherapist (license#: CA MFC39900). I have had the honor to walk alongside many hearts over the past 26 years as a Psychotherapist, Trauma Specialist, Professional Counselor, and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in depression, anxiety, disorders of the self (personality and cluster B disorders), EMDR Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, sexuality, sexual betrayal or partner betrayal trauma, sexual trauma, sexual compulsivity and addiction, Post-traumatic Stress Disorder, Sports Traumatic Stress Disorder, couples psychotherapy, and marriage and relationship issues. I am a member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists.
I have been a national speaker on sexual compulsivity and partner betrayal trauma and have spoken at over 250 workshops and seminars across the country over the last 24 years. I have walked alongside of over 7,000 individuals through my intensive workshops and events.
I received a Masters of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Trinity International University. I also had the honor of being a professor at Western Seminary in Sacramento, California for four years helping to train future marriage and family therapists in their field.
My office is located in El Dorado Hills, California serving the Greater Sacramento, California area including Folsom, Roseville, Elk Grove, Granite Bay, Davis, Auburn, Placerville, Cameron Park, Loomis, Carmichael, Fair Oaks, Rancho Cordova, Jackson, Rancho Murieta, Shingle Springs, and Natomas areas.
